Service Description

virtual self-help support and mentorship group for TEENS and PRETEENS that meets twice a month. This group will allow teens the space to discuss everyday challenges in a JUDGE FREE ZONE. They will also be taught how reprogram their consciousness through their thoughts utilizing various techniques.

Changes/Cancellations I request that you make our coaching sessions a priority. In the event that you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Likewise, I may also need to reschedule a session on occasion. I will give you as much notice as possible and try to make rescheduling as convenient as possible.
